Meet our physios

  • Carmen Andrews

Carmen has a love for the outdoor life and sport, with an absolute passion for mountain biking and running. As a mom of a toddler, she understands the physical toll pregnancy takes on the body and the very real challenge of getting fit again.

Empowering and inspiring you in your recovery is Carmen’s goal. It is important to her that you understand your body, your injury and achieve your optimal level of health and fitness after an injury.

  • Mikayla Rothman

Mikayla spent most of her childhood years in Boksburg and moved to Hartbeespoort in 2015. She loved her school years, and was happy being a dedicated student. Her fascination of the human body grew during her high school years, ultimately leading her into the profession of physiotherapy. Her interested shifted from rehabilitating spinal cord injuries to sports related injuries and treating back pain.

Sport has always been an important part of her life. She started dancing when she was 8, and in high school participated in swimming and cross country. Mikayla now loves a high intensity game of squash and hikes whenever she can. Warrior races add highlights of fun, team work, and great workouts!
